You will not be charged for the deposit until we confirm your appointment, upon which you will be notified by email. If we do not accept your booking request, we will let you know, along with an explanation as to why, and you will NOT be charged for the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us with at least 24 hours notice. Deposit is good for one reschedule (with at least 24 hrs notice provided) Less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation will result in a $25 no-show/cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and all no shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
